The HOC Gender Equity Commission, in the context of the implementation of the program’s
“GAMES – Guidelines for more Equality in the Leadership of Sports” Action Plan, a communication campaign to raise awareness and find solutions for greater participation of women in Greek sports in all roles was prepared!
The communication Campaign is called “GENDER EQUALITY, INTEGRASION and INCLUSION within GREEK SPORTS” “We compete together – we decide together!” , and includes videos with interviews of the elite athletes ANTIGONI NTRISPIOTI, LEFTERIS PETROUNIAS and NASOS GAVELAS, as well as the acclaimed coach who accompanied the Female National Water Polo Team to Paris 2024 Olympic Games last summer, ALEXIA KAMMENOU, but also the Administrative Executive of HOC, for the last 25 years, KATERINA SAGONA.
The campaign will last 3 weeks, and videos with placements, experiences and proposed solutions will be posted on the Social Networks of the Hellenic Olympic Committee.
