They said..

“I fought great battles and in the final I wanted the gold medal, only the gold medal. I am bitter about it, because people deserved to celebrate it. However it’s also important that I got on the podium. I felt good the morning of the race and knew I could do it. I had worked hard for four years. I know I gave it my all.”
