On the 18^th of September 2025, the Hellenic Olympic Committee along with its Athletes’ Commission participated in the 4^th Partners’ Meeting of the two-year EU project “Olympic Committee’ Leadership Program – OCLP”, which aims to develop the leadership skills of elite athletes, coaches and executives of National Olympic Committees and sports federations.

The meeting was initially scheduled to be hosted in Ukraine; however, due to the prevailing circumstances, it was held online. The opening of the meeting was addressed by the Director of the Ukrainian Olympic Committee, Ms. Lyudmila Panchenko.

During the meeting, the partners:

• Evaluated the online workshops conducted in the previous months on topics such as the concepts of leadership and different types of leaders, dual career, communication and public speaking, and the connection between leadership and artificial intelligence.

• Presented the mentorship program which is conducted in the partners’ countries. Specifically, through the Hellenic Olympic Committee, elite athletes, coaches, and executives of the HOC and sport federations implement, under the guidance of distinguished mentors, pilot projects in the following thematic areas:
• Crisis management within a team
• Sports diplomacy
• Volunteer management
• Multi-stakeholder engagement

The final transnational partners’ meeting will take place in Warsaw, in November 2025. Prior to this, an event will be held in each partner country to present the project’s results.
