Τhe Dual Career Program continues successfully by the Athletes’ Committee of the Hellenic Olympic Committee that consists of The President of the Athletes Committee Mrs.Voula Kozoboli OLY and members elite athletes Olympians. The Dual Career Program aims to lay the foundations of the transition from the athletic career to the professional career, with practical applications and respect for the uniqueness of each athlete.

So far, in the innovative program created by the business psychologist and project manager of the Dual Career programs of the Hellenic Olympic Committee, Ms. Christina Nikolopoulou, in collaboration with the award-winning in Great Britain business psychologist Dr. Stephen Benton, 190 athletes, members of the Pre-Olympic Team for the Olympic Games “Paris 2024” and the Winter Olympic Games “Milan Cortina 2026”, from all Olympic sports, have registered.

Among the 190 athletes who have already registered, the first 52 have completed the psychometric test (Lumina Spark) to map their working personality profile. The Lumina Spark captures and highlights their working personality profile in 37 pages. It teaches them to recognize their competences and weaknesses, to accept them and love them. Towards this end, it becomes clear to participants that we strive for our dreams by understanding working personality. We discover ways to improve and achieve effective communication with our colleagues, having strong team spirit, harmonious cooperation and the appropriate methods to manage stress, failure and success.

The results are always followed by a one-to-one session with each athlete individually, where under the supervision of Ms. Christina Nikolopoulou, she discovers the needs and the first steps to be done for the athlete’s transition period regarding studies and/or employment. Thus, creating a secure framework for the development and fulfillment of athletes’ future goals in collaboration with labor market and educational institutions both in Greece and abroad.

At this point, we are particularly pleased to announce our cooperation with Ms Tatiana Blatnik as Ambassador of the Dual Career Program of the Hellenic Olympic Committee, Athletes Commission, Ms. Blatnik is the founder of BREATH HELLAS, which is dedicated to raising awareness of mental health, resilience and creating innovative mental fitness programs. Breathe will help us to further upgrade the services we provide to our athletes.
