Since January 2024, the Hellenic Olympic Committee has been actively participating as a partner in the European Erasmus+ project GUARD, aimed at strengthening Child Protection in Sports.

This three-year program involves seven National Olympic Committees (Croatia, Greece, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, and North Macedonia), with the final beneficiaries being the Olympic Sports Federations of these countries. The federations are tasked with developing a mechanism for preventing, managing, and addressing any negative incidents during both training and competitions.
